As Property Hunters, we are real estate professionals working exclusively for the buyer. Unlike real estate agents, we do not have properties to sell, but only one client to satisfy: you.

Our prices

In the context of a property purchase, our search fees are calculated on a sliding scale, depending on the price of the selected property.

2,75%	€2,100,001 to €2,400,000
2,50%	€2,400,001 to €2,700,000
2,25%	€2,700,001 to €3,000,000
2,00%	over €3,000,001

These fees are only payable in the event of success, i.e. when the property purchase is actually finalised before a notary thanks to our intervention.

WEBERE Premium is a service that meets the specific expectations of exacting foreign clients, who want us to take care of everything, not just the property search.

Our concierge service arranges your travel and stay in Paris, helping you make the most of your time and that of those travelling with you (employees or family).

Health and safety specialists are on-hand if you need them during your stay. Experts ensure that your project and transaction are handled securely in the language of your choice.

WEBERE Premium

WEBERE Premium is a complete concierge service tailored to your specific needs, beyond the standard services of a Property Hunter.

WEBERE Premium is a corporate or concierge service for business people or foreign nationals looking for a comprehensive, high-end service during their stay in Paris.

The concierge service is an optional service invoiced at a flat-rate for a renewable period of 6 months.

With WEBERE Premium, you get a dedicated telephone line, managed time-slots and priority handling of your requests.

Terms

The terms of this service are set out in detail in the WEBERE Premium contract. The rate for this service does not include the costs of transport, accommodation, catering or any specific services subscribed by the client.
