It all starts with you. Every search is a step in a story, a journey, and there is no standard search.
Getting to know you and understanding your lifestyle is the first essential step to the success of your project, which is as unique as you are.
Completing the search questionnaire together will give us the opportunity to go beyond a simple questionnaire or an inventory of objective criteria for a property.
During this privileged moment of exchange, we will take the time to get to know each other.
If you are a couple, this exchange ideally takes place with your partner. The quality of this interview, which can take several hours depending on the complexity of your search and your personality, is crucial.
Knowing where you come from, where you want to go, your tastes, habits, desires, priorities and perhaps fears are essential elements for the success of the mission you entrust to us.
Active listening will allow us to target your search by putting ourselves in your shoes. Asking the right questions is part of our job. This is what will allow us to aim accurately from the start of our mission, and to refine your search more and more to deliver a tailor-made service.

Do you want to buy a property in Paris or Hauts-de-Seine? Are you more left bank or right bank?
Whether you’re looking for a a future main home, pied-á-terre or even a rental property or business premises for your company, finding your dream apartment doesn’t need to be difficult.
At WEBERE, Your Property Hunter, we place our time, proven search approach, special contacts and expertise at your service, to help you achieve your property project with ease.
At WEBERE, Your Property Hunter, we support you throughout your project.
We advise and support you at every stage of your search, right through to signing the contract:

You tell us about yourself and your property project, which we validate together.
The first discovery interview is an essential step in the success of our mission. This meeting, which will last about two hours, will ideally take place at your current place of residence, as it is not a matter of filling out a simple questionnaire. It is a privileged moment of exchange that allows us to ask you the right questions to understand your expectations and priorities. To aim correctly, we must gather a number of objective criteria and also identify the more subjective criteria that make your search a unique project.
Carrying out daily active monitoring and being the first person to call and visit the property often makes the difference in being able to position yourself before others, if it is of quality and meets your criteria. Our pre-visits also help to eliminate any properties with defects that are not specified in the advertisements or not reported (or even hidden) by the sellers. This saves you valuable time and disappointment.

We select and pre-visit properties that meet your criteria.

You view your chosen properties with your property hunter.
When, based on our visit report, we select a property that suits you, we set up a second appointment with the seller and accompany you on site to gather your impressions and help you ask the right questions. If the property has defects in your eyes, it will be an opportunity for us to further refine your search criteria to better target the next property we will propose for you to visit, until we find the one that will be the rare gem for you.
While a coup de coeur purchase is ideal, this alone is not enough, and the legal security of the transaction and the rationality of the proposed purchase must not be relegated to second place. The decision to buy a property must take into account legal aspects and technical characteristics that must be carefully studied before becoming an owner. Requesting all documents, studying them, asking questions to the seller, their syndic or their solicitor, and if necessary alerting you to negative elements is part of our mission. Depending on the information gathered, we may advise you to adjust or withdraw your offer.

We negotiate the price of your chosen property for you and take care of all the paperwork.

We support and advise you, right through to signing the contract with your solicitor.
Our long experience in the market has taught us that in real estate, twists and turns are possible right up to the day of signing with the solicitor. Some information is sometimes communicated late, or important details revealed or discovered at the time of signing. We are here to advise you until the last minute for a successful transaction.
If you already own a property in Paris or Hauts-de-Seine, your purchase project may be dependent on the sale of that property.
Should you sell before you buy or wait until you’ve found somewhere before you sell and take out a bridging loan?
The answer to this question depends on your circumstances and the type of property you want to sell or buy. We can help you determine the best strategy based on your situation.
At WEBERE, we can manage the sale of your property too. In this instance, we act as a traditional estate agent, but with additional incentive of ensuring the success of your property purchase.
